She has extensive experience in ESG reporting, strategy making, GHG Accounting, ESG ratings, Due diligence, Carbon neutrality, water neutrality etc. for array of sectors like real estate, pharma, paper & pulp, power & utilities, chemicals etc. She has also worked on multiple assignments in waste management, EPR, circular economy and in public advocacy involving rules and guidelines on legacy waste management, uniform EPR etc. Her merit in the domain comes from her technical and ground level experience in the sector. She is MSc. In Environmental studies from Delhi University and has worked with NGOs, Big Four, and governmental research institutes.

Mona is having total 17+ years of core IT industry experience and certified Project Management Professional(PMP) with serving solutions for various domains like health, social media, retail, telecom, finance etc. She is diligently involved in techno-managerial activities offering great leadership and  having project management experience in all knowledge areas like scope, schedule, cost, resource, stakeholder, risk, quality etc.  Being a technophile, she has contributed in the way organization operates in terms of systems,  processes, workflows etc. She has put vision of Mr Jariwala in practice through different tech solutions for climate related services. By providing integration of digital technology into various areas of business, she has made her efforts in fundamentally changing how company operates and deliver value to customers by ensuring resilience to future disruptions. She is certified cloud automation specialist and holds degree of MCA from Gujarat  University.
